BharatPe has over a million sound boxes in merchant shops. They were only used for payment confirmations. I saw them as an untapped ad surface, pitched the idea at a hackathon, built the product strategy, and shipped a feature that's now projected to hit ₹4.5 Cr ARR.
When the RBI enabled credit lines on UPI, I led the end-to-end implementation at BharatPe. Analyzed payment patterns, designed the activation funnel, coordinated with lending partners. Created a new $12K MoM revenue stream with 12% week-over-week growth.
Traders were signing up for Stolo's options platform but not sticking around. I spent weeks watching Hotjar recordings and interviewing traders: 100+ sessions, 200+ conversations. Found the real friction points and drove changes that lifted retention 18% and conversion 12%.
Every screen time app fails because the override is one tap away. I built an iOS app paired with a physical NFC fridge magnet. Want to unlock your apps? Walk to the fridge and scan. Designed the product, wrote every line of code, and built a full business plan with 78% gross margins.

Full-stack expense splitting across 3 platforms.
Built a Splitwise alternative with a key UX insight: "shadow profiles" let you split expenses with people who haven't signed up yet, removing the biggest adoption friction. Shipped on React web, React Native (Expo) mobile, and native Swift iOS, all backed by Supabase with Row-Level Security.
A system push error caused ₹53 Cr in erroneous transactions. I orchestrated the emergency rollback and reconciliation. 100% settlement accuracy, zero financial leakage. Not a fun day, but a good outcome.
Launched an outbound AI Voice Bot for autopay reminders and overdue collections. Increased debt recovery rates while cutting manual calling costs significantly.
Built an LLM-based chatbot at Mantrapoynt to help database managers do root cause analysis faster. Reduced debugging time and the amount of manual intervention needed.
